Child Safety Standards (CSAE/CSAM) – STENA
Effective Date: 27.02.2026
STENA is a social communication platform operated by DK Leading LLC (“we”, “us”). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Zero tolerance: Any CSAE/CSAM content or behavior is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved may be permanently removed and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.
1) Scope
These standards apply to all user activity and content within STENA, including profiles, posts, comments, messages, images, media uploads, links, and interactions.
2) Definitions
- CSAE – any sexual exploitation, endangerment, grooming, sextortion, or trafficking involving minors.
- CSAM – any content depicting or promoting sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a minor (images, video, text, or other media).
3) Prohibited content and behavior
STENA prohibits (including but not limited to):
- Any CSAM.
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Grooming, coercion, sextortion, or attempts to initiate sexual contact with minors.
- Requests for sexual content from a minor, or sharing sexual content with a minor.
- Content that facilitates child exploitation (e.g., “how-to”, recruitment, or coordination).
- Threats, blackmail, or manipulation related to sexual content involving minors.
- Any promotion of child sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
4) Safety measures & enforcement
We enforce these standards through a combination of user reporting, review processes, and account-level enforcement actions. Depending on severity, we may:
- Remove content.
- Restrict features (posting, messaging, uploads).
- Temporarily suspend accounts.
- Permanently ban accounts for CSAE/CSAM-related violations.
5) Reporting and in-app feedback mechanism
Users can report concerns directly in the app via reporting/feedback tools (e.g., report user/report content). Reports can also be submitted by email:

6) How we respond to CSAM/CSAE reports
- We review reports as a priority and take prompt action consistent with these standards.
- We remove CSAM/CSAE content when identified and apply account enforcement.
- Where required or appropriate, we report confirmed CSAM/CSAE to the relevant authorities or designated reporting organizations (e.g., in the U.S., the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and/or local law enforcement).
